Lately in the hustle of my every day, I forget to just take a break. Ok it’s really that I don’t have time to take a break. Spending hours finishing work for clients, catching up on emails, the family, and then there’s Twitter. On average I spend 1 solid hour on Twitter a day between retweets, replies and my own tweets. What is going on with this? Is it an addiction?
Forget about throwing client’s social media work into the pot. Where does it end?
Today I got a break. Twitter will be down for hours for scheduled maintenance. (double posts in @ replies perhaps?) Ah, let the stress go. No more wondering what that reply to your witty comment will be. No more, “is there breaking news going on”.

Now there’s this gap in my day when I’m usually on Hootsuite scheduling that important post for my friends to enjoy tomorrow. I didn’t know what to do with all this bonus of time now.
I decided to write a post about Twitter. #fail
