There’s much thought put into this in the corporate world but for the smaller up and comings – who’s making up the quotes. Professionals chat back and forth over “fair pricing” all day. Some seo companies choose to show the client upfront pricing, while others opt to have you call for a quote.

Reading other seo sites will give you some idea but which prices are really in sync with what customers are willing to pay. Being a grand salesperson may help you too, but this post is about average seo company pricing. Keep your clients coming back. Don’t scare them away from sticker shock at the first site of the proposal.

Seo Company A offers 3 groups you could purchase of 30, 80 and 150 keywords.

Initial Pricing:

  1. $2,500 – $4,000
  2. $4,000 – $6,000
  3. $6,000 – $10,000

Monthly Pricing:

  1. $350
  2. $500
  3. $800 – $2,000

Perceptions of these prices: Average business pricing.

Seo Company B has a more corporate feel and charges 3 options.
Initial Pricing:

  1. $3950.00
  2. $4700.00
  3. Starting at $9950

Monthly Pricing:

  1. Call to find out.
  2. Call to find out.
  3. Call to find out.

Perceptions of these prices: Higher business pricing. Could be because the offerings are different than Company A. They could have higher end clientele. We have seen seo companies charge from $30000 – $100000 USD too, which would make this company look cheap in their pricing.

Seo Company 3 (wanted to see if you’re paying attention)
Simple solution with simple options. Site analysis and monthly pricing with a 6 month contract.
Initial Pricing:

  1. $350 – $500 for analysis

Monthly Pricing:

  1. $750
  2. $1150
  3. $1500

Perceptions of these prices: Affordable seo pricing. Overhead is usually lower than larger companies like Company A and B.

We would hire the company we thought could do the best for our company. Price can always play it’s part.

Be prepared to answer questions from the client:

  • How experienced are you?
  • What if you fail? Do you offer a guarantee?
  • Can I get on the first page of Google?
  • When will I see results?
  • I saw a site offering seo for $299. Why are your prices so high?

If you’re wondering what we charge – we’re Seo Company 3. We don’t accept all seo clients because we can only handle 7-8 clients at a time.

      Yes, I began doing that when writing the post. It did turn out some of the items were a little fluff to a seasoned seo person. They were actual services and do make a difference but things you don’t need to list. Some were extra charges too.

SEO Is a Service where client has to get results. if i have company i will do like this i will charge client for initial setup and monthly cost will be low to satisfy the client . once the client see the results we can charge on that time client will also too happy to us and they will maintain a good and long lasting relationship with SEO Company

      It is all about servicing the client and showing real results. Customers pay for many things like reliability, convenience and communication. They will also pay for results. You show results and you get clients referring you.
