I used Dallas because it’s a big city and is known in many other countries. After I clicked submit, Google returned 3,260 search results to me. As you can tell by now, we are narrowing down the search results every time we add a single word to the search phrase.
I went from 158,000,000 results down to just 3,260 results by adding only 2 extra keywords and still staying focused on my target audience, which is users close to Dallas that are looking for pizza delivery. This information will benefit you greatly because you can start to understand that it’s not all about getting your site listed number 1 on search engines for the keyword associated with your business but the way you manipulate the searches to show up more frequently.
